Almond Pudding Recipe II
Ingredients:
1/2 ounces of bitter-flavored almonds (ground)
4 ounces of sweet-flavored almonds 9ground)
3 ounces of castor-sugar
4 large eggs; separated
Instructions:
You whip eggwhites ’til stiffened then mix w/ well beaten eggyolks. Mix lightly then gradually add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased pie plate ’til 3/4 filled.
Have it baked in mid-high oven ’til cake test is completed. You turn out pudding once done then serve it cold.
