Almond Pudding Recipe III

Ingredients:

4 eggyolks
1/2 c of white-bread crumbs; grated
1/2 c of walnuts; grated
1/2 c of sugar

Instructions:

Lightly beat yolks together w/ sugar. You add crumbs & walnuts in beaten eggwhites. Place into pudding-form then steam 1 & 1/2 hrs. Best when served w/ fruit-sauce or wine.
