Almond Pudding Recipe IV
Ingredients:
7 well-beaten eggwhites
1 qt cream
Rose water
Citron
5 oz almonds
Fine powdered sugar
Instructions:
Bring cream to a boil. Allow to cool then add beaten eggwhites slowly. You blanch almonds then beat w/ rose water. add cream & eggs then add sugar.
Add some citron. Spread thickly around dish’s edges then thinly at its bottom. Slowly bake it in your oven.
