Almond Pudding Recipe V
Ingredients:
2-3 white penny-bread; sliced
Cream
12 large eggs
Beef-based suet
Currants
Raisins
Nutmeg
Mace
Sugar
Salt
Instructions:
Cut bread into slices then cover generously w/ cream. Heat ’til warmed evenly. Combine eggs. desired amount of suet, raisins, & currants. Season as desired w/ sugar, salt, mace & nutmeg.
Spoon over buttered dish enough to have it covered. Quickly heat in oven ’til done.
