Apple and Honey Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

4 c apples; cut into pieces
2 c breadcrumbs
1/2 c of warm water
2 Tbsps butter
2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 c honey

Instructions:

Arrange apples in single layer in greased pudding-dish. Then top off w/ crumbs. Combine warm water & honey then pour this all over crumbs.

You sprinkle w/ cinnamon then dot w/ butter bits. You fill bake dish alternately w/ apples, then crumbs & honey ending w/ crumb layer.

Cover dish then bake about 45 mins. Best when served w/ cream.
