Apple and Lady Finger Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Apples; cored & peeled
Raisins
Citron
Almonds
Powdered sugar
Wine
4 eggs; separated
1 c sugar
8 rolled lady-fingers
Juice from a lemon
Instructions:
Take off apple tops then top together w/ raisins, citron & almonds. Transfer apples into greased pan then fill w/ prepared mixture & dust lightly w/ sugar.
Pour some wine over then have them baked ’til tender. Cool. Beat sugar & yolks wll then add into baked apples. Combine lady-fingers & eggwhites w/ lemon juice then pour this mixture all over baked apples. Serve cold.
