Apple Pudding (Grated) Recipe

Ingredients:

6 large apples
6 eggs; separated
1/2 c sugar
1/2 lb almond; grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
3 Tbsps of chicken grease

Instructions:

Have apples pared, leaving them intact. Grate apples form pulp then add rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Separately beat eggwhites ’til stiff & frothy. Add this into prepared mixture, mining lightly. Transfer into greased bake dish then bake.
