Apple Pudding Recipe I
Ingredients:
1/2 c of roasted pippens (large)
8 large eggs (separated); 6 eggwhites reserved
Fine powdered sugar
Butter (clarified)
Lemon rind; finely shredded
Breadcrumbs
4 oz citron
Instructions:
Remove apple pulp. Beat sugar & eggs together then add in apple pulp, butter, lemon rind, crumbs & citron. Bake w/ thin-paste under.
