Apple Tapioca Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c tapioca
1 qt water
6 apples; pared & cored
Sugar
Nutmeg
Instructions:
Have tapioca boiled in water. Heat ’til boiling & clear. Place cored & pared apples in bake dish then fill w/ sugar. You pour tapioca all over then grate some nutmeg all over.
Cover dish then bake ’til soft. Best when served w/ cream.
