Apricot Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can apricots
2 large eggs
Half pint milk
6 sponge-cakes; crumbled
Sugar
Instructions:
Place apricots in saucepan. Allow to simmer w/ some sugar about 30 mins. You remove them from the heat then beat w/ fork.
Combine w/ crumbled sponge-cakes. You beat milk together w/ eggs then pour mixture onto apricots. Blend then pour into wet mould then bake it in preheated oven w/ cover for 30 mins.
