Black Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggyolks; beaten
3 eggwhite; beaten
1 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
A pinch cloves
A pinch all-spice
1 c stale rye-breadcrumbs
1 c of wine (white)
Instructions:
Blend together sugar & yolks then add all-spice, cloves & cinnamon. Gradually add crumbs, mixing well. Blending eggwhites in slowly.
Have mixture baked slowly. Thirty minutes prior to serving, you add wine. Best when served w/ whipped-cream.
