Bombay Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp semolina
Half pint milk
Egg (beaten)
Instructions:
Combine milk & semolina. Heat ’til mixture stiffens. Spread mixture into plate then cool.
Once bit cold, slice it onto 4. You dip them into well-beaten eggs then fry them ’til browned. Best when served w/ lemon-sauce.
