Bread and Jam Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Bread (Allinson)
Raspberry-flavored jam
1 Tbsp cornflour
A pint milk
Instructions:
Have greased pudding-dish filled w/ bread slices thickly spread w/ jam. Combine milk & cornflour, beating well.
Heat ’til boiling then pour mixture over bread. Allow to stand about 60 mins then you boil w/ pudding-cloth cover for 60 more mins. Turn out then serve.
