Bun Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
3 bread buns (stale)
3 large eggs
1 & 1/2 pints of milk
2 ounces sugar
Instructions:
Thinly slice the bread then arrange them neatly in dish. Have eggs beaten well then add sugar & milk. You pour this over prepared buns then cover.
Allow to stand about 2 hrs then bake in moderately-heated oven for 60 mins. Best when served w/ lemon-sauce.
