Carrot Pudding Recipe I

Ingredients:

1 c sugar
1/3 c butter
1 c of carrots; grated
1 c of potatoes; grated
1 c raisins
1 c currants
2 c breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all-spice
Syrup
4 Tbsps whiskey

Instructions:

Have everything combined then add whiskey & some syrup as desired. Steam mixture about 4 hrs. Best when served w/ hard-sauce.
