Carrot Pudding Recipe IV
Ingredients:
1/2 lb carrots; boiled & peeled
2 oz bread; grated
A pint cream
1/2 lb suet
Cinnamon
1/2 lb sugar
6 well-beaten eggs (reserve 3 eggwhites)
1/2 lb macaroons
1 glass sack
Instructions:
Beat carrots in mortar then add bread, cream, suet, sack, cinnamon, sugar, eggs & macaroons.Beat together well ’til thoroughly combined.
Mound created paste around edges of your dish.
