Custard Pudding without Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp flour
1 pack powdered custard
1 ounce butter
Sugar
A pint milk
Instructions:
Combine powdered custard w/ flour ’til thin & smooth. Adding milk by tablespoonfuls ’til desired consistency. Have remaining milk boiled together w/ butter & sugar.
Pour boiling mixture into dry mixture, stir then transfer into pudding basin. Briskly stirring then you pour mixture onto greased pie pan.
Bake ’til lightly browned in your oven. Garnish w/ apricot jam.
