Cheese Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c milk
1/2 stick of butter
3/4 lbs breadcrumbs
1/2 lb cheese; grated
Pinch salt
4 well-beaten eggs
Instructions:
Have milk heated in saucepan together w/ butter. Heat ’til butter melts. Pour mixture over breadcrumbs then you add cheese in.
Allow to soak about 20 mins then season w/ salt. Add well-beaten eggs then stir well to combine. You pour this mixture onto greased dish. Bake for 40 mins.
