Cherry Pudding Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 pint crackers
1 lb milk
1/2 stick butter
A pinch salt
4 eggs
1 c half-and-half
Cinnamon (ground)
1 qt cherries; stoned
Instructions:
Boil milk then add crackers in. Scald it then add butter, salt, eggs, sugar, half-and-half, cinnamon & cherries. Stir well to combine.
Pour into baking dish then quickly bake pudding in your oven.
