Chicken Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Beef-suet
Chicken meat
Veal (smoked); sliced thinly
Prepared beef-flavored gravy
Mushroom powder
Salt
Pepper
Mace
Nutmeg
Instructions:
Cut small-sized chicken up then fry them lightly. Place in stewpan together w/ veal, adding beef-based gravy, enough to have them covered. Season w/ mace, nutmeg, salt, pepper, & mushroom powder. Simmer mixture for 15 mins.
Have a pudding-basin lined w/ beef suet paste then pour simmered mixture in ’til dish is filled. Wet edges for pudding to closely adhere.
