Chocolate Pudding Recipe I

Ingredients:

1/4 pound butter
1/4 pound sugar
A pint milk
1/4 pound flour
3 large eggs
1/4 pound of chocolate

Instructions:

Combine butter, sugar, flour & chocolate together. You boil milk then stir it over fire ’til smooth & does not stick to pan. Remove from heat then cool.

Have eggs broken then separately beat eggwhites & eggyolks. Add eggyolks first into pudding, stir well. Blend in eggwhites.

Pour mixture onto buttered pudding basin. Steam about 60 mins. Once done, turn dish out then serve warm.
