Chocolate Pudding Recipe II

Ingredients:

1 qt milk
4 Tbsps breadcrumbs; grated
12 Tbsps of chocolate; grated
6 eggs
Sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla

Instructions:

Have eggs separated. You beat 4 eggyolks together w/ 2 whole-eggs. Beating well then add some sugar as desired.

Heat milk ’til boiling then pour this into bowl w/ chocolate & bread. Add sugar, vanilla, & well-beaten eggs. Pour mixture into greased dish then bake about 60 min moderately-heated oven.

Beat remaining eggwhites w/ some sugar then add vanilla. Use this as meringue once pudding cools.
