Chocolate Pudding (Steamed) Recipe
Ingredients:
3-inch vanilla
7 ounces of wheatmeal (fine)
3 large eggs
3 sticks chocolate (large)
A pint milk
Instructions:
Have chocolate dissolved in 3/4 pint milk. Combine remaining milk w/ wheatmeal ’til mixture smoothens. You add this into melted chocolate. Heat mixture, stirring ’til nothing sticks to your pans sides.
You remove mixture from heat then allow to cool slightly. You beat the eggyolks and whip eggwhites ’til frothy & stiff. Add both into chocolate-mixture, gently stirring to combine.
Pour mixture onto greased mould. Steam for 90 mins. Best when serve w/ white-sauce.
