Citron Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz citron; sliced
2 oz candied orange-peel
2 ounces candied lemon-peel
4 oz of loaf-sugar
4 sticks butter
4 eggyolks
2 eggwhites
Instructions:
Combine everything except the eggs. Blend ’til fine & puffy then pour into greased shallow dish.
Beat eggyolks & eggwhites separately then add into layer of paste in dish ’til it has been filled. Have it baked for 30 mins.
