Cocoa Nut Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 lb of finely-grated cocoa-nut
1/2 lb butter
1/2 lb sugar (white)
6 eggwhites

Instructions:

Beat together butter & cocoa-nut. Add beaten eggwhites & sugar, beating ’til frothy & stiff. Spoon into baking dish that is lined w/ puff-paste.
