Cocoa Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

Vanilla
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp cocoa
3 ounces of sugar; sifted
1 ounce butter
A pint milk
1/2 pound stale bread

Instructions:

Combine milk & bread. Boil them together ’til mashed & soft. Add cocoa dissolved w/ warm water, vanilla & sugar. Slightly cool mixture.

Add well-beaten eggyolks. Beat eggwhites ’til frothy-stiff. Combine then gently stir together. Have pudding baked in greased dish then bake for 60 mins.
