Cocoanut Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cocoanut; grated
6 large eggs
Grated peel from 2 lemons
Juice from 2 lemons
1 c sugar (granulated)
Cocoanut milk
Instructions:
Beat eggyolks w/ sugar then add lemon rind, mixing ’til creamy. Gradually add cocoanut & beaten eggwhites. Add cocoamilk & lemon juice. Stirring well to combine.
Pour into bake dish then bake it in moderately-heated oven about 30 mins. Serve cold.
