College Puddings Recipe

Ingredients:

Pennyloaf; grated
Suet; shredded
Grated nutmeg
Salt
Sack
Currans
Eggs
Sugar
1 lb butter

Instructions:

Combine sack, sugar, beaten eggs, currans, salt, nutmeg, suet & pennyloaf. Blend well then knead. Form into oblong shapes.

Place butter in stewpan, heat ’til melted. Add in puddings then cover. Turn pan often ’til puddings are evenly browned. Sprinkle w/ sugar all over once done then serve it warm.
