Corn Pudding Recipe I
Ingredients:
2 corn ears (green)
2 c milk
1/2 c butter
3 eggs; separated
Salt
Pepper (white)
Instructions:
Scrape corn ears w/ knife. Cut every row carefully through at the middle-part. Beat eggyolks & eggwhites separately. Add yolks onto milk, butter & eggs. Season w/ pepper & salt.
Pour mixture into bake dish then stir eggwhites in. Bake for 1 & 1/2 hrs.
