Cream Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
6 well-beaten eggs
1 pint flour
1 pint milk
Salt
Baking soda
Grated lemon rind
3 tsps sugar
1 pint cream
Instructions:
Beat eggs thoroughly. Add flour, milk, salt & soda that is dissolved well in water. Mix well then add sugar & lemon rind.
Stir cream prior to baking then pour into greased dish. Bake ’til set & done. Serve w/ cream.
