Cumberland Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

Breadcrumbs
Apples; finely-chopped
Currants
Suet; shredded
Sugar (brown)
3 well-beaten eggs
Brandy
Nutmeg
Lemon zest

Instructions:

Have everything combined. Stirring well for flavors to blend. Pour into rounded mould then bake for 1-2 hrs.
