French Cocoanut Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

1 qt milk
3 Tbsps cornstarch
4 eggs; separated
1/2 c sugar
Salt
1 c cocoanut; grated
Vanilla

Instructions:

Combine sugar, salt & mil k in pan. Heat ’til boiling then have cornstarch dissolved in little milk. Add into heated mixture while it’s boiling then add eggyolks & cocoanut. Add vanilla.
