Huckleberry Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Tbsps flour
1 & 1/2 pints of huckleberries
1 pint bread
1 qt milk
3 Tbsps sugar
A pinch salt
Butter
Instructions:
Sprinkle flour all over huckleberries then leave about 30 mins. Soak bread into milk then add salt & sugar.
Pour mixture into greased dish then dot w/ butter. Bake it for 45 mins. Best when served w/ hard-sauce.
