Hunting Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb flour
1 lb beef-suet; finely-shredded
3/4 lb currans
Raisins; shredded & stoned
5 eggs
Lemon rind; finely shredded
1/2 nutmeg; grated
Cream
Salt
2 Tbsps sugar
Brandy
Wine (white)
Instructions:
Combine raisins, currans, beef-suet & flour. Add in eggs lemon peel, brandy, sugar, salt, cream, & nutmeg. Combine everything well then tie mixture up all together.
Boil about 2 hrs. Serve w/ butter & wine as sauce.
