Indian Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 qt milk
2 Tbsps Indian-meal
Sugar
Butter
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of ginger powder
Instructions:
Have oil heated in double-boiler then sprinkle w/ Indian-meal all over. Stir while heating then cook about 12 mins.
Beat ginger powder, sugar, salt & eggs. Pour butter onto milk & meal. Gradually pour mixture into egg-mixture. Slowly bake on your oven for 60 mins.
Best when served w/ butter & warmed syrup.
