Lemon Pudding Recipe I
Ingredients:
1/4 lb almonds
3/4 b sugar
1/2 lb butter
Rose water
Peel from 2 lemons
11 well-beaten eggs (set aside 2 eggwhites)
Instructions:
Beat together sugar & almonds. Separately combine rose water, lemon rind, beaten eggs & melted butter. Have everything combined well.
Spread paste thinly in bottom-part of dish then thicker paste around dish.
