Lemon Pudding Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 c butter
Peel from 2 lemons; grated
Juice from 1 lemon
10 eggyolks
5 eggwhites
1 & 1/2 c sugar (white)
Sugar
Instructions:
Beat ingredients together then line deep pudding dish w/ puffy paste, then bake.
Meanwhile, beat 5 eggwhites ’til frothy & stiff, adding enough sugar. Cover pudding w/ this mixture then bake again for top to lightly brown.
Best when served cold.
