Lentil Flour Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

3 ounces of flour (lentil)
A pint milk
Lemon peel
3 ounces sugar
Juice from half lemon
1 ounce butter
3 large eggs

Instructions:

Have milk boiled then add flour dissolved in water. You lemon juice, peel, sugar & butter. Slightly cool then add well-beaten eggs.

Pour mixture into greased dish then bake in moderately-heated oven ’til set.
