Macaroni Pudding Recipe I
Ingredients:
4 ounces macaroni
Butter
Two pints milk
2 large eggs; well-beaten
Sugar
Nutmeg; grated
Instructions:
Have macaroni broken into smaller pieces then boil them about 20 mins. You drain well then pour milk in, including butter & sugar.
Have mixture boiled ’til macaroni becomes tender. Cool slightly then you add well-beaten eggs & nutmeg. You pour pudding onto pie pan then bake it about 30 mins.
