Noodle Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Egg noodles; cooked & drained
4 eggs; separated
1 c of sugar (powdered)
1/4 c almonds; pounded
A pinch salt
Instructions:
Have noodles boiled in water w/ salt for 10 mins. Drain well then set them aside.
You beat together 1 c sugar & eggyolks. Add almonds, salt, & noodles. Beat eggwhites ’til frothy & stiff then add into previous mixture.
Pour onto greased pudding-mould then boil for 90 mins.
