Orange Marmalade Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 pound of bread (wholemeal)
Orange-flavored marmalade
A pint milk
Butter
3 large eggs
Instructions:
Grease mold. Have bread sliced thinly then spread generously w/ butter. Neatly arranges buttered bread slices in layers inside your mold then spread marmalade in every layer.
Repeat ’til three-forths full. You beat together milk & eggs then pour mixture into preapred bread layers. Allow to soak about 60 mins then tightly cover your mould.
Steam pudding about 90 mins. Have mould dipped into cold-water 1 min prior to turning dish out. Best when served w/ white-sauce.
