Orange Pudding Recipe II
Ingredients:
1/2 lb orange; sliced
6 well-beaten eggs (set aside 3 eggwhites)
1/2 lb butter
Juice from an orange
Fine powdered sugar
Instructions:
Slice your oranges then beat up in mortar & pestle for pulp to come out. Combine melted butter, eggs & orange juice. Blend together well then add sugar.
Bake w/ thin-paste under.
