Passover Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb powdered biscuit
1 lb Shredded suet
1/2 lb currants
1/2 lb raisins
Spices
Sugar
1 oz candied lemon & orange peels
Eggs (well-beaten)

Instructions:

Combine everything, stirring well ’til mixture stiffens. Transfer into pudding dish then boil ’til set. Best if served w/ sweet-sauce.
