Pineapple Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Stale sponge-cakes
1 large-sized pineapple; pared & sliced
Sugar
1/2 c water
Instructions:
Arrange sponge-cake slices at the sides & bottom-part of greased pudding dish. Arrange pineapple layer over them then sprinkle w/ sugar. Repeat layers then pour some water then top w/ another cake layer that was dipped into ice water.
Have dish covered w/ greased plate then slowly bake for 2 hrs.
