Plum Pudding Recipe III
Ingredients:
1/2 box raisins
1/2 box currants
1/4 lb citron
1/4 lb suet; finely-chopped
2 large eggs
1 & 1/2 c sugar
1 wineglass brandy
2 c cider
1 tsp cinnamon
Cloves (ground)
Flour
Baking powder
Instructions:
Chop together currants & raisins then add citron, suet, eggs, sugar, brandy, cider, cinnamon & cloves. Mix thoroughly then add mixture of baking powder & flour enough to have mixture thickened.
Pour into buttered mould then steam about 3 hrs.
