Prune Pudding Recipe I
Ingredients:
4 eggs; separated
1 c of sugar (granulated)
30 boiled prunes; finely chopped
2 Tbsps of chocolate (sweet)
2 Tbsps almonds; grated
Instructions:
Combine eggyolks & sugar, stirring well ’til creamed. Combine chopped prunes w/ chocolate, almonds, frothy-stiff beaten eggwhites. Blend thoroughly.
Pour mixture into pudding pan then bake about 1 & 1/2 hrs. Best when served w/ whipped-cream.
