Prune Pudding Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 qt milk
1 tsp salt
1 c sugar
2 eggs; well-beaten
1 c cream-of-wheat
Prunes; stewed & cut-up into pieces
Instructions:
Combine together milk, salt & eggs. Have mixture heated then gradually add cream-of-wheat, stir constantly. Have mixture boiled about 15 mins.
Pour it into greased deep pudding-dish then layer prunes neatly over pudding. Repeat layering ’til ingredients are all used up.
Bake pudding for about 10 mins. Best when served w/ plain-cream.
