Quaking Pudding Recipe II

Ingredients:

8 well-beaten eggs
3 Tbsps flour
Salt
3 c cream
Cinnamon stick
Mace

Instructions:

Add flour into well-beaten eggs then add salt, cream, mace & cinnamon. Blend thoroughly. Pour into greased cloth, tie around tightly.

Boil about 30 mins, turning often. Best when serves w/ butter that has been melted.
