Queen Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c breadcrumbs; grated
1 pint sweetened milk
3 eggs; separated
1 c sugar
Butter
Vanilla
Fresh apricots
Instructions:
Soak crumbs in milk. You combine sugar, eggyolks then dot w/ little butter. Beating well. You squeeze out milk from crumbs then gradually add into eggyolks. Add vanilla.
Pour mixture into greased pan then bake in oven ’til almost dry. Top w/ fresh apricot layer then top w/ stiffly beaten eggwhites.
