Ratafia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

French-roll
1/2 lb ratafias
Milk
3 oz warmed butter
5 eggyolks
2 eggwhites
Sugar
1 oz almonds; pounded
Bitter-style almonds
Cherries

Instructions:

Have bread soaked together w/ ratafias in cream or milk mixed w/ beaten eggyolks & eggwhites, sugar, almonds. You boil mixture lined w/ dry cherries.

Pour into greased cake pan sprinkled w/ breadcrumbs.
